Option 1 is our service/sales line if you have any problems with your product we are here to help by giving you advise or arranging engineers for you, we always try and repair products within 14 days and if we don't succeed we will freeze your account until your product has been repaired. This option is also our sales line for new and existing customers here you can discuss prices, products, delivery's, and arrange appointments for one of our sales team to visit.

Option 2 is our collections line if you have a query on your account or want to change your payment day please choose this option. Also this option is our card payment line if you are wanting to pay your account using a debit/credit card please call between the hours of 9AM and 12PM.
