TIR Training Services Limited are a specialist Logistics and Driver Training provider working with the transport companies that make up the backbone of the logistics industry in the UK. We work with both owner drivers and some of the UK's most recognised companies including MKM, DSV Road and Norfolkline, and are an approved training centre for Driver CPC.

About us
TIR Training Services Limited have been delivering the highest standards of driver training since 2000. Originally an LGV driving school, TIR now provides total training solutions to the logistics industry from driver qualifications including the nationally recognised NVQ levels 2 & 3, to National and International CPC.

Driver CPC

We are one of the first JAUPT approved training centres that has been delivering Driver CPC periodic training since September 2009.

In 2006 we were acquired by the educational charitable trust “Deflog” who provide driver training to the military. This has led to massive growth in recent years as we have moved from serving the East Yorkshire business community to now working with leading brands from the border of Scotland down to Southampton including DSV Road, Norfolkline, H&P Freightways, Homeserve & MKM.

In the last year we have delivered over 1000 NVQ qualifications within the transport industry and recently launched the market leading initiative “CPC+”, a membership programme designed to help transport companies deliver the driver CPC periodic training to their drivers.

We are committed to providing the highest quality of training and this was demonstrated recently as TIR achieved a 98% pass rate on the Train to Gain scheme delivered by the Learning & Skills Council.

Our aim is simple… to deliver the best training possible to meet the needs of our clients while having minimum impact on the day to day running of their business.

Our facilities
TIR Training Services are based at Waltham House, Riverview Road in Beverley. On site we have 6 classrooms with all the latest I.T. equipment and capable of accommodating up to 80 people in one class.

Our facilities are used to deliver classroom based training and LGV licence acquisition. We have the following vehicles permanently on site to deliver driver training.
