Had a big problem with bay-window flat-roof, and got ripped off by cowboy builders. Job looked great from the outside, but when the rain came water leaked in. Contacted A1 Watertite roofing and was weary as you never know with builders. The guys explained the process and I asked them can they guarantee the work, they said they could, but it’s only a piece of paper, and the best guarantee is that when the work is done it won’t leak, and you won’t see us again! That was 2010 and had no problem since. Have seen the guys again though! To do bathroom flat-roof, back guttering and facia board, and damp course. They work quickly and to a very hard standard, very clean and leave no mess. They stick to the price given and do extra work if encounter problems to make sure job is spot on. Best builders I’ve ever used.
Just had a new roof fitted by this company and all I can say is that they are a very fast clean and professional company, very friendly and walked us through the whole process of what was involved in the re-roofing from what various types of tiles where available and what type of fixings where used...very highly recommended.
